Dirty lashes = More cleaning time, Clean lashes = More lashing time
Caffeine and lash services do not mix.
Consuming caffeinated beverages prior to your lash appointment causes your eyes to flutter making your lashes more difficult to lash. Please avoid caffeine at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Avid contact lens wearer? No problem.
Please arrive prepared to remove your lenses prior to your lash service or wear your glasses the day of your lash service to skip a step.
Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Washing your hair the night before the service is ideal, just ensure it is completely dry when you arrive to the studio. Wet hair will be subject to a $25 blow dry fee.
Minimum Age Requirement
All lash services are available to clients sixteen years of age and older. Anyone under the age of eighteen years of age will require written parental consent before an appointment will be made.
We love kids, in fact, we have a few of our own! That being said, due to insurance reasons, we cannot have your children joining you for your lash appointments. This ensures the safety of the client, child & lash technician. There is no exception to this.
When you book-in with BAM, we respect your appointment time and ask that you do the same for us! We look forward to seeing you in the studio but understand that life happens sometimes. Please be advised of our cancellation policies prior to booking!
All clients will be allowed one flex cancellation to use at their discretion, a note will be added to your file and the cancellation fee will be waived. Once your flex cancellation has been used up, future exceptions will no longer be made.
You may cancel your service at any time prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with no penalty. Should you need to cancel with less than 48 hours leading up to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service fee that was booked. A cancellation received with less than four hours prior to your appointment will be subject to 100% of the service fee being due.
All ‘No call - No Shows’ (meaning, you didn’t contact BAM to let them know you would not be showing up to your appointment) are subject to 100% of the service fee being due.
We do not run late into anyone else’s appointments and we do not rush our work for any reason. Anyone 15 minutes or more late for their appointment, will be asked to re-schedule their appointment. The client will be responsible for paying the ‘No-Show’ fee in this instance.
Should you choose not to pay your cancellation or no-show fee, your profile will be frozen, you will not be able to re-schedule your appointment, and any future appointments that you have with BAM will be considered cancelled until payment has been received in full.
Payment is due when service is rendered. If paying by e-transfer, your transfer and password must be received prior to you leaving the studio.
